Elvish Yadav Arrested in Snake Venom Case

 Elvish Yadav, a YouTuber, acknowledges setting up snake venom at rave parties.



According to police reports, Bigg Boss Winner Elvish Yadav has acknowledged setting up snakes and snake venom at rave events.

They claimed that Elvish Yadav, who was detained yesterday in connection with the snake venom case, also admitted under interrogation that he knew the other accused who was detained for selling snake venom the previous year.

According to further sources, YouTuber, who had previously denied any role in the snake venom controversy, acknowledged that he had interacted with and met the accused at various rave events. 



Yesterday, he was placed under 14 days of judicial detention again.Yadav is currently being prosecuted under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act in addition to his prosecution under the Wildlife Act. The strict law, which has been used against him, addresses drug-related conspiracies such as buying and selling under Section 29. This law makes granting bail difficult.

It is also said that Elvish Yadav employed snakes during his video filming. According to authorities, he had already admitted to the police that Bollywood singer Fazilpuria was responsible for the snakes in his film.

In this case, the police had earlier detained five persons following a raid at a Noida banquet venue. Among them, four charmed snakes. In addition, the party also had nine snakes and snake venom.
